I am not that crazy about Rollyo. I admit that part of the problem is remembering passwords, etc.! I'm glad that I have learned about this but I don't think that it is something I will really go back to.

I really like LibraryThing! It's a great way to find author read-alikes by people who are reading similar books. I am now a member of probably the biggest book club ever!

RSS feeds and my new Bloglines newsreader account

I signed up to receive bloglines and now I can quickly access any blogs that I am interested in. So far I get "AboutCats" and "DogReader" and even birding news. And of course I set up a current weather feed.

YouTube- new fun technology

I really think YouTube is one of the more exciting things I've learned about so far! There are so many possibilities to explore! I'm not sure that I'm ready to put a video on YouTube but I'm going to keep checking the site for interesting videos.

More fun with Flickr- mashups and 3rd party sites!

I'm really amazed to find out all the cool things you can do with Flickr! It seems like a great way to show off photos and maybe even create a funny cartoon with captions! I'll definitely have to share this site with my kids.

YouTube turned out to be a really fun site to visit. And I love this little movie called "Printer Problems"

thing #2 lifelong learning

I am happy to be learning new computer skills! After reviewing the 7 1/2 habits of highly successful lifelong learners I realize that it is never to late to learn new things and it is important to continue learning and challenging yourself.
